When you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, we access certain data from your Google account. This section describes how we handle Google user data in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Data We Access:

• Your Google profile information (name, email address, profile photo) for account creation and authentication.
• Google Calendar events (title, description, date/time) when you choose to connect Google Calendar for importing reminders.

How We Use Google Data:

• Google profile data is used solely to create and maintain your Zangy account.
• Google Calendar data is used solely to create phone reminders from your calendar events at your request.

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure:

• We do not sell Google user data to any third party.
• We do not share or transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., initiating a phone call to your number for a calendar-based reminder).
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you give us explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Data Retention and Deletion:

• Google Calendar tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting Google Calendar from your settings.
• When you disconnect Google Calendar or delete your account, all stored Google data (tokens and imported event data) is permanently deleted.

We use third-party service providers to operate our platform in the following categories:

• Authentication: Third-party sign-in providers for secure account access.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Database hosting and file storage.
• AI & Telephony: Voice synthesis and phone call routing to deliver your reminders.
• Payments: Payment processing services. We do not store your credit card details.

These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own purposes.
