By accessing or using Zangy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Zangy provides an AI-powered phone reminder service that allows users to schedule reminders and receive automated phone calls at specified times. The Service includes text-to-speech functionality and the ability to upload custom audio recordings.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Phone Number Verification

You must verify ownership of any phone number you add to your account via OTP verification. You may only add phone numbers that you own or have explicit permission to use for receiving calls.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send harassing, threatening, or illegal content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malware or other harmful content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Make calls to numbers you do not have permission to contact

6. Pricing and Payment

Free Trial: New users receive a 2-week free trial with limited features (5 reminders, text-only, 1 phone number).

Pay as You Go: After the trial, you will be charged per call made. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zangy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zangy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including missed reminders or failed calls.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zangy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zangy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
